Organization Capacity and Capability Statement

LHDI has 14 staffs – 6 permanent staffs, 3 part-time staff and 5 volunteers: the Executive Director – is a veteran social worker, he has MSc in Medical Sociology and has worked with several NGOS both at local and national levels, two of the Program Officers has B.Sc degree, Accountant-HND holder; Monitoring and Evaluation Officer- B.Sc degree holder.

Both part time staff and volunteers hold divergent educational qualifications. Our office is located is a well serene environment with basic NGO’s office equipment. 

Ejalonibu Ezekiel

Mr Ejalonibu Ezekiel Agboola (Executive Director)

Mr. Ejalonibu Ezekiel the Executive Director; is a Master Degree holder (MSc Medical Sociology, University of Ibadan, Nigeria).  He has 15 years working experience with NGOs focusing on adolescent reproductive health, HIV/AIDs, malaria, youth and community development. He has coordinated several local and international funded projects such as Ford Foundation, Comic Relief, OVC PEPFAR Programme, among others.  He has attended series of workshops on provision of six plus one core service for OVC. He participated in the just concluded Measure Evaluation M&E Training for PEPFAR OVC Implementing Partners.

Adeyemi Folakemi (Senior Program Officer)

Adeyemi Folakemi is the Senior Program Officer in charge of project planning, designing and implementation. She obtained M.Sc degree from Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University Lapai, Niger State. She has a broad experience in managing and coordinating ATM services. She has attended series of conferences and workshops such as Child-to-child Approach Training, Child Protection Training Psychosocial Support Training, Health Care training, Food and Nutrition Support Training, Kids Club Training and Home Based Care Training.

Afolabi, Lawrence Adewumi ( Program Officer / Farm Manager )

Afolabi, Lawrence Adewumi is a staff of double honour serving in two capacities, all for sake of the growth and development of the organization. He performs Program Officer roles and coordinates LHDI farming activities ranging from feeding of pigs to weeds clearing in the cashew farm. He possesses Bachelor of Science Degree in Statistics from Usman dan Fodio University, Sokoto.

Oluwaferanmi Tobiloba ( Assistant Program Officer )

Oluwaferanmi Tobiloba is a growing Assistant Program Officer who is very willing and ready to learn. He possesses a B.Sc degree in Computer Science.

Mrs Adeniyi Olusola Felicia ( Accountant )

Adeniyi Olusola Felicia, the Accountant, possesses B.Sc in Accounting from University of Uyo, Uyo, Nigeria. She has 5-years work experience in NGO financial management. He attended workshop organized by European Union for accountants on Increasing Non State Actors’ Implementation and Development Expertise.

Deborah Taiwo ( Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer)

Deborah Taiwo is an upcoming veteran Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. Her passion for community services singled her out among her colleagues to specialize in monitoring and evaluation. She is doing wonderfully well in project monitoring and evaluation.
